The Powervamp support team is probably one of the most valued services we offer as an organisation. This was perfectly illustrated recently when long term customer, Bond Offshore Helicopters, contacted us requiring an urgent repair on a competitors electrical 115/200V GPU made by a well known European manufacturer. The engineer was swiftly dispatched to Sumburgh, Scotland where he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, with the help of parts being flown in from Aberdeen, thus keeping Sumburgh Search & Rescue operational.

However it was soon discovered that an additional underlying issue with the unit caused another failure. Powervamp swiftly despatched one of its PV-45 45kVA frequency converters to Sumburgh, where it allowed the operators to proceed with their essential day to day work.
